The following information is originally in Spanish from the "Reglamento FF.MM. No. 3-104 Público" (Second Edition, 2014)" (https://www.fac.mil.co/sites/default/files/documents/reglamento_porfac.pdf):
The coat of arms of (the) Professional Reserve Officers of the Military Forces is of an "old style" with a composite and draped lower field. Its upper band displays the national colors, and the one immediately below, on a silver or white background, bears the reserve motto "Todo por la Patria" (All for the Fatherland) with equal widths on both bands.
Of its three chevrons, the upper left one has a gules background, the red of the Army; the upper right one has a dark blue background, the color of the Navy and the lower chevron has a light blue background, the color of the Air Force. As an honorable element, the stylized letter "R" for reserve is outlined in the center on a silver or white background. Its vertical body, resembling a sword, is on the Navy's color, and the lower part, resembling a wing, is on the Air Force's color.

The First Officers Course for Army Professional Reserve Officers was in 1976
The First Officers Course for Navy Professional Reserve Officers was in 1978
The First Officers Course for Air Force Professional Reserve Officers was in 1979
